Our world seems so hard to navigate these days. It feels like nothing is trust worthy. I mean even water and food is questionable. We so need a return to truth as an option. Truth in lending, speaking, marketing, spending. How about truth on the job, in the home, to our children. One would think truth illegal or a disadvantage the way we choose lies as the default choice. I’m about to start my second installment of, “Lies That Steal Life” and I am looking for those who have read the first book and would like to share a testimony or comment. The second bo0k will update some of the original material and expand on some to bring us to where we all are now . In need of Truth to get us to a better place. New Day Dawning
Thanks for all the encouragement. To answer some of the questions and respond to my readers. Much of what I say is from a biblical rather than any other world view. That is because after much study of the alternatives Love is what we all need. The world is having a lot of all kinds of sex but millions are dying for the need of love. God is love and His way is the way that works if we learn of it and align with it.
To the suggestion that I chose Jesus because it was the best I could do at the time. The suggestion was to consider self -acceptance rather than a destructive course of action. Jesus is not destructive but healing; a course of both enlightenment and recovery. Self- acceptance on the other hand has a tendency to imply this is as good as it gets and that’s Ok with me. The human experience does not lean in that direction. For instance I would never grow up or would just agree with being a rapist or child abuser. Self-acceptance must leave room for self-assessment and a desire to be the best you can be. Jesus is my ability to do just that. Thanks for the feed back and keep coming back.

The holidays are upon us again time is moving quickly now. Ever notice how the years seem to be speeding by? Why is that? Any comments? I think time is colliding with eternity and life as we know it will soon be no more. What are you doing to prepare? Money, influence, friends networks cannot protect us from storms, terrorist, or diseases. What is the answer we need to secure our futures if none of what we have trusted in the past can do it? Wow there’s a lot going on in our world. Like a woman in labor the contractions get closer and the pains keep coming. It is time to prepare for what comes after this. Many do not believe in God but believe heaven exits. Tomorrow is not promised and the storms of life are raging out of control. Thousands of people die daily with less confidence in life as we know it. People tend to major in things that have no guarantees or lack value. Unfortunately opinions vary and often don’t matter. It amazes me the important decision we make based on feelings and agreement with other people. Concepts like fading into nothingness or return in other forms until we get it right may be appealing but truth? We need trust worthy insight and wisdom to make important decisions. We can start with actually caring about the important things. How about we answer some important questions. Exactly what does happen next? Is there life after death? Is there a guaranteed way to make heaven your home after death on earth? Does God have the answers that we do not have? Give me a shout out with your answers or questions we so can start a dialogue of something actually important to discuss.

What an amazing month of miracles. Trust my followers reap the benefit of experiencing the truth in every area of life. Most of us believe there is a truth for each of us because of the unique experience of each life. One of the reasons for this blog is to invite each individual to a personal encounter with The Truth. He is not relative or the result of just personal experience, culture, gender, or belief. God is before anything, above all things, and the answer to everything. We forget the very fact that we woke up in the land of the living is the evidence of grace and mercy from a good, kind and patient God who cares about us. The bible says he lets the sun shine on the just and the unjust. He wants none to perish and all to come into a saving knowledge of Him. I get hundreds of uninvited messages from people who are out to sale something our bind people to things that will hurt them. They all want something from us. God wants something for us. He does not bind He liberates. He does not victimize He is the source of victory. He does not take He gives and He invites us into a life that resist death promoting agents. It is time we all give our life a good reflection break. Make time to see how we are spending our life, time and other resources. Do we have the right focus, priority, perspective? Are we on track with personal or family goals? Do we know why we are here yet? Are we ready for what happens next in our family, community, nation? Have we got things right with the God of heaven? We can all see life as we know it has made some drastic changes which requires we update our files to adjust as needed. The most important move we can make is to get the Creator God as head Advisor, Protector, and focus of our lives. We live in a time when the wisdom of God is critical to deal with day to day challenges and to prepare for what happens next. Contrary to popular belief heaven is not an automatic benefit for everybody and there are not many ways to God. The God of heaven gave specific instructions to those who want to take advantage of His kindness. There are many who believe when we die that is the end of life and the body just decays. Wrong! People are also spiritual beings that will live forever after the body dies. That means death is the beginning of what happens next and we have to get it taken care of before death to avoid the real hell. I know there are many who think that because they do not believe a thing they cannot be affected by it but that is not so with God. There is no greater love than to lay down your life for another. Jesus went above that because He laid down His life for people who did not appreciate it or honor Him for it. It is still true today. A world full of undeserving ungrateful people have the opportunity to cash in on His great sacrifice. His sinless life for our sinful lives just for the asking. The good news is God so loved the world that He gave His only Son so that who ever believe it can have everlasting life. The package includes forgiveness of sin, eternal life with God, escape from hell, and help here on earth for the asking. Contrary to popular belief the condition of our world and the people is not because God does not exist or care. It is because people without God are a danger to themselves and others. The anniversary of the passion of the Christ is upon us . Those who have accepted His invitation remember His gift of life at the cost of His own. Take this opportunity to get to know God personally instead of making an uninformed choice about someone you have never met. It is hard to trust someone you don’t know. God really is a love worth finding so accept this invitation to dare to invite Him to reveal Himself to you. Consider the beautiful wonders of the earth. A sunrise or sunset, a starry night, a documentary about nature, water falls, mountains, ocean life just anything that reminds us there is something greater out there. Just take a moment and ask the Creator of these wonders to help you get to now Him, He wants you to get to know Him so you can discover the love you so desperately want to experience. It is a sad thing to have access to such a love and never experience it. Chose to settle the God thing this holiday season and secure your eternity once and for all. No one has to wonder if they are going to heaven just ask the only One who gives access to confirm your reservation and be done with it. See why Jesus to see what the bible says about it.

Have you noticed the agitation in the atmosphere these days, It is like the whole world is about to blow. Short tempers, impatience, anger, debate, suspicion, distrust, blaming, violence on the brink everywhere. Not something we want to be drawn into. Black against white, male against female, gay against straight, rich against poor, Muslim against Christian, children against parents, banks against their customers, government against citizens, nations against nations. You name it someone is at odds with some one else. Money, control, and power the goal of so many we are all at risk. The matter of tolerance is not seen as much as it is talked about. The gays say the straits are intolerant but they are breaking laws to make laws that make others subject to their view. Who deliberately goes to a citizen that disagrees with them to destroy them for none compliance. Muslims can pray in school but Christians are a threat to all other choices, why? A lying, stealing, drug dealing crook can be set free but a snitch can die for the offense of a honest answer when asked. What is really going on? Everyone appears to be fighting for their rights. Exactly what right? To have our way at the expense of others? To force our will on others, how did we get this right? How is it affecting the world around us? I ask these questions to get us all to slow down and consider what we are fighting for and what we are willing to do to win. Worse what will be the result of our victory. Are we really as right as we think we are? The world and yes America is in the eye of a storm that wants to destroy us from the inside out. The agenda is to turn us on each other and watch the fall out. It is time to pray more, contend for peace, resist strife and division, and unite against enemies foreign and domestic. Time we return to our original intentions and stop making the same mistakes. Words like mercy, compassions. accountability, and integrity are more important than tolerance. Some things should not be tolerated when they hurt a nation and the generations to come. I invite questions and dialogue.

A prayer for victory over all opposition, peace in every situation, and a healthy outlook no matter what you’re facing. If the first response was I wish. Stop wishing for dreams to come true and pray for a promise you know will come true. How is that possible you ask. The bible is full of promises from God that we can believe to receive. Better than a fairy tale or hard work is the decision to seek God to find Him and every good thing you need. Too good to be true right. Start to believe with this dare. Dare to believe someone you do not see loves you more than you do. Someone you do not know knows all about you and loves you anyway. All you have to do to meet Him and begin to learn of this great love is to ask. See Why Jesus. The evidence of His love is He gave His Son so you could reach Him. Jesus is the all access pass to the goodness of God. Too bad so many do not know it and so many die every day without finding out. You do not have to. We live in a time when it is hard to trust anyone or anything even ourselves. That is why it is so important to get to know God who knows everything. The bible tells us, “if we ask it will be given, if we seek we will find and if we knock He will open the door.” So use this opportunity to ask God to reveal Himself.
